Training

Training is our top priority. Training is a vital determinant in ensuring effective security performance to meet the challenges facing the security industry today. Training is provided by reading, writing, audio, and video. We provide 8 hours pre-employment training and  W.M.D video.  We also provide 32 -hours training to our employees prepared by CALSAGA. Trained personnel are the best protection to reduce safety risks, reduce liability and improve professionalism. We provide basic security training, on-site training, and supervision training.

Basic Training

Guards are given instructions on the basics of security including power to arrest, first aid, fire prevention, and other duties.

On-Site Training

Each client's requirements are different; therefore training is different for each post.  The Security Officer works with the trainer until he is proficient in the performance of his duties. Officers must get 4 hour on-site training including site orientation, emergency procedures, and public relations before deployed on a job site.

Safety Training Program

A safety-training program shall be maintained. It is designed to instruct all employees, new and old, in general safety and healthy work practices; specific Instructions for each employee job assignment shall be included.

Organizational Structure

Java is a small company but has an organizational structure.  What makes our organization unique is that we never forget our clients. Java has the President, Project manager, Operation Manager, and Marketing Director.  Operation manager ensures that client’s requirements are met.  He coordinates and supervises the activities of the supervisors, dispatchers and security officers to better serve clients.  

Management Team

We know the importance of a strong management team which is supportive, and responsive to the requirements, and expectations of each client. Our team develops relationship with clients. We settle for no less than the finest guards in the industry. We provide trained and supervised guards who perform up to the letter of our service agreements. Our guards are trained to communicate and react professionally in diverse situation. Our office management team is composed of the following members:

Operational Team

Officers are recruited, screened, and trained for each client site. We require our officers to be dedicated to their work and motivated to advance through superior performance. We find candidates by employee referral, advertising and our industry resources.
